Luke 24: 35-38

After the meeting with the women, the 11 apostles and the two disciples of Emmaeus, Jesus shows his wounds as a power to heal and to bring peace. We, too, like Jesus, have many wounds. Bring your wounds to Jesus, and you will find healing. By proclaiming the Gospel of repentance and love, we bring healing and peace; by forgiving others, we give healing, and we are healed. By letting go of our resentments, we are healed, and we are at peace!
Like Jesus, may we grow to become wounded healers!
